  • 5 % discount on the regular room rate in our sustainable hotel for all those guests who arrive with the 3 B's: Bus, Train or Bike - walking is of course also considered climate friendly,
  • a bee hotel in the forest behind the house, cared for by the senior boss Sepp himself,
  • chemical-free room cleaning
  • to push the cooperation with local producers - no matter if at breakfast or in the restaurants, in order to consciously avoid long supply chains

are already being implemented.

Traveling by train is the perfect start to a relaxed and stress-free vacation. Sustainable travel par excellence, so to speak. From the nearby train station in Zell am See you can arrive comfortably and climate-friendly with the public bus 680.

Within Austria, from Bayern and Switzerland to Zell am See there are uncomplicated and inexpensive fares via ÖBB.

During the summer months, please indicate in advance when booking if you are arriving by train & you will be issued a free arrival ticket for the 680 bus from Zell am See train station to Saalbach Hinterglemm as part of the JOKER CARD. Please also have your booking confirmation ready for the ticket check. On site you use with the JOKER CARD all public transport in the entire Pinzgau free of charge. Sustainable travel made convenient!
