Two hosts with heart and passion and lots and lots of tasty ideas and they have been around for a long time. But now we have built a private cooking studio around them. And we have called it “Cooking School” because visitors can learn so much here. We have been organising courses again from July to November 2017 for cooking enthusiasts and anyone who wants to become one. The subjects range from traditional to contemporary dishes, from earthy to international cuisine. Above all, we pay attention to one thing: the quality and preparation of the ingredients. Chef Robert Mair shares his very own secret recipes and cooking tricks with his students. And the hostess and certified sommelier Sarah ensures it is all accompanied by the perfect wine. So the Tiroler Buam is going back to school again!

GENERAL

 

 

Our cooking courses take place on Sundays from 10:00 until about14:00.
An exclusive 3-course dinner is prepared in the cooking class after a cosy introductory aperitif, and there is also water, coffee, wine and beer of course.
Each participant receives a recipe binder to take home. The price of the cooking course is € 130 per person.

 

The minimum number of participants on the course is 6 with a maximum of 12.
We reserve the right to cancel the scheduled event if there are insufficient participants.
An exclusive cooking course can be booked for a minimum of 8 people on your desired date and theme.

 

Of course, cooking course gift vouchers are also available!

 

 

 

 

 

Package

 

 

 

 

Such a cooking course is delicious, but can also be very tiring and needs the right mental preparation. So we have devised a special package for those who want to learn but at the same time also want to enjoy the whole experience: 

 

 

The „COOK YOURSELF HAPPY“-package from Thursday to Sunday, valid from 7 July to 26 October 2017.

 

 

But don’t worry, we are not just presenting you with a basic package, but will spoil you with many extra delights:

 

  • Welcome drink
  • 3 nights with hearty regional gourmet breakfast
  • Saalbach Joker Card for the entire stay
  • On Sunday: cooking class with chef Robert (preparing an exclusive 3-course meal, with drinks & recipe binder) – afterwards a late check out at 15:00.

The price for this is € 259 per person excluding € 1.10 tourist tax per day.
