The kitchen is the centre – of the hotel and of curiosity! This has come about over recent years. Not merely by chance, but for a really delicious reason. Because Robert is quite simply a wonderful and dedicated chef.
He has put his mark on the hotel in recent years with his cooking skills. With the best steaks, regional and seasonal delicacies, fresh ingredients, the best of wildlife and the forest and much more. For example, we use a delicately created genuine Italian wood oven pizza. We only use beech wood to heat the oven to make sure that the pizza tastes completely authentic.
No question about it: anyone who has already eaten at Robert’s will know what we are talking about, and will certainly already be a regular guest at the Tiroler Kochbuam!
And by the way – we are also “AMA Gastrosiegel” certified, have been awarded with a fork by Falstaff and are members of “gourmets in the region”…
