IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE HOTEL INDUSTRY APPLY.
This means in case of cancellation:
Up to 1 month before arrival you can cancel free of charge .
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we will charge you 90% of the travel price, in case of early departure 100%.
We point out that, in case of cancellation 1 month or less prior to arrival, we insist on our cancellation fees.
Therefore, we recommend to close a travel cancellation insurance to avoid unnecessary expense in case of illness, or accident.
